Admission Overview

1. Admission Procedure

  • Step 1: Click Apply Online in the website and fill in the enquiry form

  • Step 2: Note the Enquiry Number, User ID and Password that gets generated

  • Step 3: Fill in the online application form

  • Step 4: Upload the given list of documents

List of documents to be uploaded:

  • Attested copy of the birth certificate
  • Copy of address proof
  • Copy of aadhar card
  • Copy of Visa and Passport (if applicable)

* Without these documents, the application form will not be accepted. Kindly avoid further requests.

List of self attested documents to be submitted after completing the admission process:*

  • From Toddler to Grade VII The original school leaving certificate should be submitted before commencement of classes in June
  • The attested copy of birth certificate
  • Certificate of achievement in sports in district / national level (if applicable)
  • Copy of any one of the following as proof of residence for parents
    • Passport
    • Aadhaar
    • Ration
    • Voter ID card
    • Copy of Rental agreement signed by a Notary ( Only when any of the above document is not available)
    • Most recent water / telephone / electricity / gas bill

  • Copy of Aadhar card of the applicant
  • Copy of legal guardianship or court order in case of separated parents
  • Copy of Child’s custody rights (incase of single parent)
  • Copy of Adoption Certificate (if applicable)
  • Copy of the student’s Community Certificate
  • Copy of the student’s Immunization / Medical Records
  • Report from Previous-School (if applicable)
  • Copy of the student’s passport (if available)
  • 2 recent passport size photograph should be submitted

* Non-submission of any of the documents listed above will result in cancellation of the admission.

2. Admission – Interaction :

  • From Toddler to Grade I : The school office will inform parents the dates for interactive sessions. Both parents are required to attend this session.

  • From Standard II to VII : A basic skill test for various subjects will be conducted based on the class. The test will be based on the NCERT as prescribed by the CBSE for the current class in which the child is studying. If the student clears the test and is selected for interaction with the Principal, parents will receive a call with test results. The test will be conducted on Saturdays only and dates for each applicant will be informed after the submission of a completed application.
  • New Students : New Students For Information On Fees
  • Note : All fees paid are non refundable.
  • Rectify the age date to 31st July for Pre KG, KG, UKG &1.
  • Cafeteria offers snacks and students can buy whatever they prefer.

3. Eligibility for Admissions 2025-26 :

  • From Toddler to Standard III : Candidates will be eligible for admission if they fulfill the specifications listed below below:

  • For Toddler – the child must have completed 3 years as on 30th March
  • For Junior KG – the child must have completed 4 years as on 30th March
  • For Senior KG – the child must have completed 5 years as on 30th March
  • For Standard I – the child must have completed 6 years as on 30th March
  • For Standard II – the child must have completed 7 years as on 30th March
  • For Standard III – the child must have completed 8 years as on 30th March

From Standard II to VII : To be eligible for admissions at SRM Public School, candidates must qualify in the basic skill test and satisfy the norms specified by the school management committee.

4. Fees – Academic Year 2025-26 :

  • Contact Admin Office for any clarification.

5. Uniform and Notebooks :

  • kindly contact the admission office.

6. Transport :

  • Transport facility * : Head of Transport in the Admin Office will provide necessary forms and details regarding fees*, pickup/drop points and timings.

7. Withdrawals :

  • Application for Transfer Certificate should be given in writing to the Principal by the parent of the pupil. A minimum of 5 working days are required for the issue of the Transfer Certificate after the receipt of the written request from the parent.
  • Any pupil who intends to leave the school should clear all the dues to the school before applying for TC.
  • Once the TC is issued if the parent wish to rejoin, it would be treated as a fresh admission and the applicant would have to go through the admissions process.

8. Mode of Payment

Online at school website/NEFT.

Cash and cheque payments attract Rs. 100/- as handling charges.

Payments are accepted on quarterly basis only. Any payment made after 10th of the first month of the quarter shall attract late fee as follows:

  • From 10th of till 15th of the month Rs. 100
  • From 16th of the month till 20th Rs 200
  • From 21st of the month 25th of the month Rs 300
  • From 26th of the month till last of the month Rs. 500
  • After the expiry of first month of the quarter Rs. 750
  • The same charges are added for each unpaid month.
  • Electronics transfers- NEFT/RTGS/GPAY/APP
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Kindly note : Cash transactions are not accepted.
  • The school reserves the right to cancel the admission after 2 months of unpaid fees.
